The brief

VMEP makes the equipment professional motorsport teams take to the track — flight cases, pit walls, branded kit — and is the UK distributor for ARE, Cartek, Fuel Safe, Tilton, and VP Racing. We rebuilt their Wix store into a Shopify catalogue, then took a 10% growth partnership and have been running paid acquisition ever since.

What we did

  • Migrated the full catalogue from Wix to Shopify 2.0
  • Built a multi-brand catalogue architecture so each distribution partner (ARE, Cartek, Fuel Safe, Tilton, VP Racing) reads as its own destination, not a shelf
  • Implemented a bespoke quote flow for custom flight cases and walling that don't fit a standard add-to-cart
  • Gated the trade / B2B catalogue with appropriate access controls
  • Run £1,650 per month Google ads at 6.25x ROAS
  • Took 10% of the company as a growth partner and have grown digital + in-person sales from £14k to £29k per month over 14 months
