Ochre

The brief

Ochre is a curated property marketplace for the Marrakech market — riads, villas, investment properties. It's our project, not a client's. We built it from scratch, grew it to £11k MRR, and it's now on the market. The reason it's here on /work: if we can do this for clients, we should be able to do it for ourselves. Ochre is the proof.

What we did

• Built the full-stack platform from scratch — search, listings, enquiry routing, admin
• Designed the listing taxonomy and content model around how international buyers actually shop the Marrakech market
• Sourced and onboarded properties; built the operator relationships
• Grew the business to £11k MRR
• Currently selling the business
