The brief

North is an AI website builder for the Moroccan small-business market. A non-technical owner enters a short brief and gets a full, conversion-ready website — generated, hosted, and editable. We built the full stack: the generation pipeline, the editor portal, an outbound engine that runs on Instantly + Outscraper, and Kenza, the personalised AI assistant baked into every site North ships.

What we did

• Built the full-stack platform: Next.js App Router, Postgres, Anthropic SDK, Vercel deployment
• Designed a JSON-spec generation pipeline that compiles into portable HTML
• Built the editor portal with inline element editing, undo/redo, and a glassmorphic AI chat
• Built the outbound engine on Instantly + Outscraper to acquire SMB customers at scale
• Built Kenza, the personalised AI assistant that ships inside every North site
