PRICING

Retainer

A recurring monthly fee paid to an agency for an agreed scope of ongoing work, typically across design, development, and marketing.

Retainers aren't inherently bad — they make sense when the work is genuinely ongoing and unpredictable enough that scoping each piece would be wasteful. They go wrong when the agreed scope quietly drifts down while the fee stays the same.

We don't push retainers for build work because builds end. We do offer 30-day post-launch fixes free, and ongoing care plans for clients who want them — but no client is pushed into one.

For ongoing growth work we prefer the Growth Partner model: smaller base fee, plus we earn on the lift we generate. Retainer math only makes sense if the client wants stability over performance — which is a valid choice, just not the one we lead with.
