Growth Partner
An engagement where the agency takes a small base fee plus a share of the revenue it generates above an agreed baseline, instead of charging a fixed monthly retainer.
Most retainer agencies are paid the same whether revenue moves or not. We didn't like that. Growth Partner is the version of agency work where the incentive matches the outcome: lower monthly cost than a retainer, and a share of the lift above your baseline.
Baseline is your trailing 6 or 12 months of revenue. Share percentage is sized to the engagement on the discovery call — bigger lift, smaller percentage; tighter engagement, larger percentage.
We take 2-3 partner brands at a time. Minimum 6-month term so the work has time to compound, then rolling monthly with 60 days notice either side.
