Automated email and SMS sequences in Klaviyo that fire in response to customer events — welcome series after a first signup, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and so on.

For most Shopify stores, flows generate 30-40% of total email revenue once they're set up properly. Most stores have welcome and abandoned cart and nothing else — they're leaving meaningful revenue on the table.

The five flows we always set up: welcome (5-7 emails), browse abandonment (2-3), abandoned cart (3), post-purchase (3-4), and win-back (2 at +60 and +120 days). Tuned per brand. SMS via Klaviyo or Postscript when volume justifies the cost.
